Chapter 15 - Dawn Over Wolf Manor

Six months later, the morning sun rose over the rolling hills of Westchester County, bathing the restored stone facade of Wolf Manor in golden light.

The south wing had been completely rebuilt, its glass conservatory sparkling like a diamond amid the manicured gardens.

Inside the grand ballroom, three hundred distinguished guests—philanthropists, federal judges, medical researchers, and community leaders—stood applauding as the heavy oak doors opened.

Norah Blake walked down the center aisle wearing a breathtaking, elegant ivory lace gown, her dark hair cascading in soft waves over her shoulders.

Waiting at the altar beneath a canopy of white orchids was Gideon Wolf.

He wore a classic black tuxedo, his dark eyes shining with an unmistakable depth of love and devotion as he watched her approach.

Standing in the front row, holding a bouquet of white roses, was Mrs. Calder—having completed her community service and returned to oversee the estate’s household staff with a renewed spirit of grace and gratitude.

Further back sat representatives from the Wolf Medical & Clinical Ethics Foundation, having successfully funded treatments for over ten thousand families in the past half-year alone.

As Norah reached the altar, Gideon took her hands in his.

His fingers were warm, steady, and strong.

"Do you, Norah Blake, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, through every storm, every secret, and every dawn?" the presiding judge asked solemnly.

Norah looked into Gideon’s dark, unwavering eyes, remembering the cold morning she had held up a glass of ruby red juice and changed the course of their lives forever.

"I do," Norah said clearly, her voice ringing with absolute peace and unshakeable joy.

"And do you, Gideon Wolf, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to protect her, cherish her, and stand beside her for the rest of your days?"

"I do," Gideon answered, his voice steady and resonant through the grand hall.

The exchange of rings was simple, perfect, and sealed with a kiss that erased every shadow of the past.

As the applause thundered around them, Gideon pulled her close against his side, whispering softly into her ear.

"Thank you for saving my life, Mrs. Wolf."

Norah smiled, resting her head gently against his shoulder as they looked out toward the sunlit estate gardens.

"Always, Mr. Wolf," she whispered back.

"Always."
